●     Played baseball in college at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and minor league baseball in the Chicago White Sox organization for two seasons.

●     Owned and operated American Ghost Tours and Orlando Ghost Tours for 16 years

●     Have conducted lectures on history and paranormal investigation in cities throughout the country, including New Orleans, Savannah, Philadelphia, and San Francisco for the past 20 years,
